Patrice Fellows - Publisher

Patrice began her career in contemporary arts at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles and the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London after earning BA's cum laude in Art and French Literature at Smith College and a Masters in Business Administration (Arts Management) at UCLA.

She subsequently lived in Milan for 20 years, where she raised three daughters while translating and teaching English as a second language. After acquiring her first Labrador in 2004, she became increasing involved with gundogs, serving on the committee of the Retriever Club Italiano, co-founding and editing its Retriever Magazine, and writing articles about dogs and the countryside for sporting magazines.

She has since moved back to Richmond, Surrey, where she continues to write, competes with her dogs and is on the committee for the Kent Surrey and Sussex Labrador Retriever Club. Pernice Press unites her passions for writing, art and animals.
